1. General Rules:

The turf is open for bookings as per the scheduled hours. All players must adhere to their allocated time slots.

Food, beverages (except water), alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are not allowed on the turf premises.

The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

2. Booking & Payment:

All bookings must be made in advance through app, or by calling us.

Payments are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance and can be rescheduled within the same timeframe, subject to availability.

3. Player Conduct:

All players must maintain sportsmanship and respectful behavior towards fellow players and staff.

Any form of abuse, violence, or discrimination will result in immediate suspension from the premises.

Damage to property due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the responsible party.

4. Safety Guidelines:

Players participate at their own risk; the management is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.

First aid is available on-site.

5. Maintenance:

The management reserves the right to close the turf for maintenance or special events with prior notice.

7. Photography & Promotion:

The management reserves the right to capture photos/videos during games for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt-out, inform the staff in advance.

8. Management Rights:

The management reserves the right to deny entry or eject any person violating the policy.
